My aim is to promote a positive, safe and welcoming space in all the work that I do when working collaboratively and with participants.
I will always undertake sufficient research to ensure that to the best of my abilities that artwork and participatory projects are informed and accurate. I will draw upon training for a trauma informed approach.
I aim to use creativity to facilitate a process of personal discovery (or re-discovery) for participants, prioritising their needs without compromise or judgement. I will preserve the rights to anonymity of participants and handle personal data and information professionally
Whilst artworks I produce may confront challenging and sensitive issues, they will always do so with the intent of promoting conversation and change.
In working in a participatory and / or collaborative way, I seek to produce work with a collective voice to empower and inform.
